Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I would highly recommend Ryan and his team at Elevate. Their attention to detail, commitment to meeting the specific requirements of our build, and overall professionalism were of an exceptionally high standard. Ryan was personable, easy to work with, and completed the job in a timely manner, allowing us to move smoothly into the next stage of our project. We’ll definitely be keeping his details on hand for future work.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Used Ryan for 2 Building & Pest Inspections in South Morang. He was fantastic. He went through both properties with a fine tooth comb - opened every cupboard, every door, checked everything across the whole property inside and out. Couldn't have been more happier with the level of detail and the extent of inspection completed. Provided a detailed report via email and took me thorough the report item by item

When considering making the most important decision in buying a property a building & pest inspection is a must and I would recommend Ryan to anyone!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Ryan went above & beyond for my first time buying a house. The house inspection was well organised & frictionless, I didn’t have to organise anything & report was very professional. Helped me negotiate a slightly better price for my first buy, will be using him again soon.

His building background & ballpark estimates were especially helpful outside of the report in gauging what the costs were gonna be for the existing issues at the property.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Marc was excellent from the moment the enquiry was made. He responded promptly and professionally and managed the process with the agent to make it stress free. The inspection was carried out in a very short timeframe and resulted in an amazingly comprehensive and thorough report within a few hours of the inspection. I would highly recommend
